CUEMS and the University of Colorado Boulder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
CUEMS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
